The teacher pulls Johnny aside after a test and says,

“Johnny, I have a feeling you’ve been cheating on your tests. I can’t condone that behavior.”

Johnny is surprised and asks,

“How can you prove it?”

The teacher says,

“Well, on the question ‘Who was our first president?’ Mary wrote ‘George Washington,’ and so did you.”

Johnny replies,

“So, everyone knows that.”

The teacher continues,

“The next question was ‘Who freed the slaves?’ Mary wrote

‘Abraham Lincoln,’ and so did you.”

Johnny responds,

“I studied that last night and remembered it.”

The teacher then says,

“But on the question ‘Who was president during the Louisiana Purchase?’

Mary wrote ‘I don’t know,’ and you wrote ‘Me neither.'”
